A conservative status ledger for pages that may eventually be used in affiliate applications. It records that current researched drafts are not application-cleared until exact-page manual verification is completed.

Purpose: keep Getaway Brief from using a researched draft as an affiliate-program example until the exact rendered page has been checked against current official sources and the result is recorded.

Verification workflow

Choose one representative page from the shortlist.
Open the rendered local/deploy-preview page and the matching research/{slug}.md brief.
Recheck each time-sensitive official source: transit schedules, shuttle routes, attraction hours/ticketing, pet policies, park alerts, climate/value claims, and lodging-area assumptions.
Remove, soften, or source any claim that cannot be supported by an official/primary source.
Confirm the page still has disclosure language and only approved placeholder or partner links.
Record the dated outcome in the article research brief and this ledger.
Only then may the article be considered for publish_candidate status or affiliate-application example use.
